Nicholas Ward is an experienced and specialised consultant who has been in the ICT industry for more than 18 years. SAS has been the primary tool in his various roles. Nicholas is a strong Capacity and Performance Manager with excellent problem solving skills. Nicholas also has qualifications in Financial Planning, Supervision, Time Management, Conflict Resolution, Making Meetings Work, Think on Your Feet, Effective Client Service Workshop, Introduction to Systems Analysis and ITIL processes.   Industries sectors engaged include large Financial and Public sector organisations based in Canberra, Brisbane and the Northern Territory.   He has a careful and analytic approach, nicely balanced with a practiced ability to deliver ongoing short term results while still steadily working towards longer term outcomes.   Nicholas continues to provide exceptional leadership and mentoring skills to strengthen existing teams following ITIL processes within our customer sites, utilising his Mathematics and Statistics knowledge for the purposes of developing specialist performance and financial based reporting systems.   His exceptional and considerate approach to people and communications  have helped him to gain and maintain a high degree of respect and good reputation with all of our customers.
